WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE FEE?

Our service fee is $89. It covers the diagnostics, as well as the time and travel needed in order to bring a certified technician straight to your doorstep.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR LABOR?

The pricing for labor is based on industry standards. Labor costs vary based on the type of appliance and the type of repair needed. For most repairs, expect to pay between $220 and $350 plus tax. More complicated repairs can cost as high as $600 or more.

DOES THE SERVICE FEE APPLY TO THE COST OF REPAIR?


Yes. The tech will diagnose you appliance to find the root of the issue. At the end of the diagnostics, you will be provided with a quote for the labor & parts. If you choose to complete the repair with us, the service call fee will be applied to the cost of repair.

WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?

The repair work is covered by a 90 day warranty. Warranty for parts is the same as the manufacturers warranty.

DOES APPLIANCE SERVICE PRO PURCHASE APPLIANCES, USED OR NEW?

No. Appliance Service Pro does not purchase any appliances. We only do repair work.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

In order to schedule a service appointment, you can give us a call, text, email or contact us through our Schedule Service form on our website. You will need to provide your full name, address, phone number, as well as the brand & model number of your appliance.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR PRICES?

All our prices are determined according to industry standards. For labor costs we refer to The Original Blue Book, Major Appliance Job Rate Guide® or the “Appliance Blue Book”, which is formerly known as MASPG - The Major Appliance Service National Price Guide. We make it a priority to offer competitive rates to our customers, so we typically charge 10% lower than the standard rates. During your appointment, we charge a flat service fee which is waived if you decide to complete the repair with us.

Household appliances play a significant role in our everyday life. No one wants to live without their washing machine, stove or refrigerator, even if it is just a few days. It is important to be aware of various signs that could signal an appliance malfunction. Such signs could go unnoticed for multiple days, even weeks, leading to more expensive issues in the future. If your appliances start making loud noises that you haven't heard before. it is time to call a professional. If you notice leaks or spills around your kitchen and laundry appliances, you should consult with your local appliance repair company. If your dryer is not heating, washer not spinning, or if your refrigerator is not cooling, it is recommended that you have it checked by a technician. All household appliances are subject to wear and tear, so make sure to keep an eye out for these signs to prevent expensive repairs in the future.

DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes. Our technicians will only be able to come to your home if there is someone present to let them in. We require our customers to be present during the time of appointment. If you are not able to be present at the time of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will reschedule to a time that is most convenient.
